David Gourley at Towerview Church Bangor

It was a privilege and great joy for my family and I to be invited by the Reverend Kathie & Dr Ivan Filby to spend a morning with the family of God who meet at Towerview Church Bangor.

Having the opportunity to share God’s heart and great desire for his children to share their stories of conversion and ongoing stories their lives lived in fellowship with him, our Great God and Saviour Jesus Christ was a wonderful blessing.

If you would like to invite me to come to your own church/fellowship/small group or even personally to share the burden and message that the Lord has given me to encourage the family of God with please get in touch. I’d love to hear your story too.

I was amazed at the incredible talent this young man has and then noticed his t-shirt motif. It says, “Be Still and know that I am God”. That got me really interested.

What an incredible and wonderful Saviour we have.

We can think ourselves to be the biggest sinner out there (a person who transgresses against divine law by committing an immoral act or acts against themselves or others), or be oblivious to our fallen nature, living out our lives in a hurricane of self destruction, but God has shown his love towards us.

How does God demonstrate His love for us? Why does God love us?
